Kindly read through everything before your appointment.

Once you book an appointment, a booking fee is required. This fee is deducted from your final hair service fee. After your appointment is approved, the booking fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule only once, based on the available dates on the calendar.

Wash and blow dry your hair before coming. If you need help with that, check the page for the charges.

Give us a call if you are running late for any reason.

You have the choice to pick your staff. If one staff member isn't available, you can book the other person.

We only accept pre-stretched extensions. You can't change your hairstyle during your appointment — doing so means your deposit is not refunded if the appointment is cancelled as a result.
